Finally, odor removal is handled using ozone or hydroxyl generators. These aren't air fresheners. They work by chemically neutralizing the molecules that produce odor, which are often the same bacteria and gases that signal ongoing contamination. If a space still smells after a biohazard event, it usually means the source hasn't been fully eliminated yet.
Every step in this process exists for a specific reason. The goal isn't just to make a space look normal again. It's to make sure it's genuinely safe to be in.

This isn't about scaring anyone away from a mop. Plenty of situations are completely fine to handle on your own, including small spills, minor stains, and the everyday messes that don't involve bodily fluids or contamination.
